Based in St George within close proximity to the Surat Basin, Cross Engineering provides fabrication, installation, maintenance, repair and modification fabrication solutions on small to large jobs. Depending on the project requirement, Cross Engineering can also provide a quick response service to meet urgent work priorities including on call service if required. Providing services across Northern New South Wales and throughout Queensland, the business has the flexibility to offer both a mobile and a shed-based welding service, providing customers with both on-site and workshop solutions. Cross Engineering also owns and operates a Steel & Fencing business which was purchased from St George Hardware in 2014.

  • Fully equipped welding and fabrication workshop with eight welding stations, 110 tonne press break and guillotine, drill press, 60 tonne press, pipe/RHS bender, 45 tonne punch and shear and required tooling.
  • Industrial steel frame shed supported by three acres of land with capacity to turn semitrailers.
  • Fabrication, repairs, installation and modification to earthmoving, farming and transport equipment, as well as light and heavy machinery.
  • Fabrication and installation of water supply pipe work and pump stations.
  • Industrial equipment maintenance and shutdowns, experienced in cotton gins.
